Mark Menezes has been building successful businesses since his college days, and real estate is no different. The hard work, dedication, and integrity that have guided him to this point inspire him to do the same for his clients every day.

 

Mark grew up in Riverside, California, and earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. He lived in the Carolinas for 15 years and was still in college when he launched a commercial window cleaning business. Mark sold it when he was a senior, and he ran two Cold Stone Creamery franchises for several years before joining a publishing company. He was its head of national product development and a national trainer for all new publishers who came on board. Mark also published five magazines, including Real Producers, a publication for and about the real estate market’s top-producing REALTORS. Meeting and interviewing more than 200 industry trendsetters nationwide, Mark learned what it takes to be a successful REALTOR and knew he could be among the best.

 

Mark complements his real estate services with his own media company, where he professionally markets his clients’ listings through stylish photography and video. His business and visual talents aside, Mark’s sales, marketing, branding, advertising, and design skills broaden his appeal as an agent who generates results. He also maintains a podcast and vlog channel, highlighting creative individuals throughout the Inland Empire.

 

Mark moved back to Riverside in 2019. He lives here with his wife, six children, and dog, Pagoda.
