“Always here to brighten up your day,” Sandeep Kanda, also known as “Sunny,” delivers on his motto by using his richly diverse background to enhance every element of the client experience.

 

Originally from India, Sandeep grew up in Riverside, California, where he became passionate about owning and investing in properties. After purchasing his first home in 2017, he began learning about the real estate process from his colleagues and by attending open houses and other related functions. With degrees in nursing, math and science, and social and behavioral studies, Sandeep has the skills necessary to address his clients’ moment-to-moment needs. He’s just as comfortable crunching numbers and advocating for clients during negotiations as he is relating to people from all backgrounds and lending a compassionate ear.

 

Clients also benefit from Sandeep’s keen business sense and entrepreneurial energy, as he’s owned the Inland Empire’s No. 1 ice cream truck company since 2009. Additionally, Sandeep knows what it’s like to have both everything and nothing, which heavily influences his goal to inspire his clients to focus on the good in life while ensuring a stress-free transaction.

 

Sandeep currently lives in Corona and enjoys turning his free time into quality time with family and friends. He also enjoys playing basketball, hiking, the beach, working out, and cooking.
