Get to Know Me

Casimir Todd was raised in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and knows real estate literally from the ground up. Being a carpenter and general handyman was a sideline early in his professional career, and he gained hands-on knowledge of renovation and rehab that would prove valuable later as a real estate professional who could see houses for what they are and what they could become.

One of the things Casimir likes best about real estate is its opportunities for self-determination. He finds that what you get in real estate, as with any other enterprise, depends on what you put into it. Serving clients with a profound sense of integrity, discipline, and duty, he’s able to be transparent, authentic, and sincere as he guides clients through the home-buying process to achieve their goals.

Casimir’s easy amiability and calm temperament in high-pressure scenarios allow him to slow down the sales process and put his clients first. His strong skill set, untiring work ethic, and passion for data and numbers give his clients the confidence they need to make informed decisions along the journey to the home of their dreams.

Giving back to the community, Casimir volunteers as an athletics coach for youth sports. He’s passionate about bringing children to sports, which teach them teamwork and the ability to persevere in life’s ups and downs. In his spare time, he enjoys adding to his anime collection.
