Meet Jared

Since 2005, Riverside native Jared Jones has been involved in the Real Estate Industry starting at World Savings and Loan as a loan processor. Learning from the beginning how all the pieces and players in a real estate transaction function has been extremely valuable to Jared and his clients. Jared consistently placed in the top 1% of agents in the region. By putting his clients first, working tirelessly to help them achieve their goals, providing outstanding customer service, using the latest technology, and staying informed of industry changes, he’s earned his reputation: 90% of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

 

Immersed in the industry from a young age, Jared possesses a strong understanding of real estate, including its economic fundamentals. Jared has owned 2 property management companies, one currently in operation called Investors First Management. As a Broker and Real Estate investor, he has flipped more than 400 homes and has a residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Jared has also done over 1,000 real estate transactions. Because of his experience in owning real estate, he has a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges of real estate investment and is able to assist clients in growing and protecting their portfolios. In 2021, with changing laws in California, Jared and his partners started specializing in the ADU laws to invest. By leveraging those laws and their experience in flipping, Investment property ownership and Property Management they have been able to help their clients build investment portfolios. To further fulfill his clients' needs, Jared and his partners started supporting companies, including Investors First Property Management, ADU Design Group; which does construction plan design, ADU Makers; construction for ADU's, Triplex Millionaires; educational company, and Vector Escrow. Each of these companies is created with the end goal of improving the process and ease by which clients can leverage property to create wealth and achieve their long term goals. 

 

An aspect of Jared’s business that gives him immense satisfaction is Home For Home™, a program run by the nonprofit Power 2 Rise he founded in 2012. Home For Home™ takes a percentage of each sale to build homes in Guatemala for families in need. As of 2024, the nonprofit has built more than 150 homes there—and counting. Jared believes that those in need should also be able to experience the power of real estate and its often life-changing effects.
